Owner Mark Reding was born and raised in Denton, so he’s not only proud to be teaching martial arts to his hometown community, but also is honored being selected for a “people’s choice” award as Best of Denton.

Reding’s lessons, whether in one-on-one individual training or in a classroom environment, focus on emphasizing and building on the strong values of the martial arts.
